Submit/Update Applications

Submit a REB Application

 

Important notice:  The REB is currently experiencing a high volume of submissions.  As a result, the initial review process will take longer than usual.  We apologize for the delay and the incovenience this may cause. 

You can submit or update a REB Application using the IRIS login page.
(You will be prompted for your network login details)

To submit an application:

  • Log In
  • Click on IRIS Research Portal
  • Click on Apply New.

You’ll find various application forms online including:

  • The Standard Application Form
  • Multi-Jurisdictional Form
  • Exemption from Research Form
  • Change and Amendment Form

Click on the one you want and you’re good to go.

The initial review can take 4-6 weeks from the date of submission.  Some applications may take longer due to the additional information or clarifications that the Board may require.
